Guided Meditation
Here are 21 short guided meditations. The purpose of these guided meditations is to provide an opportunity for calmness, clarity and insight. Lasting for two or three minutes, a guided meditation points the way for further reflection, commitment and understanding on the particular theme. You may wish to listen to the same guided meditations several times or pause for a minute or more to allow an extract from the guided meditation to develop and deepen. You could also read out loud the meditation. You could also write a guided meditation for yourself.
